Introduction of non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux
Non-corrosive aluminum flux chemical name: potassium fluor aluminate; chemical formula: KAlF4; properties: white crystalline powder, the main chemical composition is KF-AlF3 binary system low eutectic point composition; non-toxic, tasteless, pollution-free, long-term storage No moisture absorption, no deterioration.
Non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux can be completely melted, clear and transparent, and can remove the oxide film on the aluminum surface; rapid diffusion, uniform flow, strong permeability, good wetting process performance; smooth welding surface, no residue, no blackening, without cleaning; after welding, a uniform film is formed on the surface of the product, which is non-corrosive and has good corrosion resistance.
Advantages of non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux
(1) No hygroscopicity, no chemical reaction with moisture and aluminum
(2) When mixed in water to form a slurry, it is rarely dissolved in water
(3) Remains in a solid state at a temperature below 560 °C, and begins to become a liquid state when the temperature is about 570-580 °C
(4) In the melting stage, the aluminum flux is melted and the oxide film is destroyed
(5) In the melting stage, the expansion and permeability of our aluminum flux is much better than that of chlorine-containing flux
(6) After the welding is completed, the welding layer formed on the surface of the aluminum is not corrosive
Welding conditions of non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux:
(1) Amount of aluminum brazing ~5g/m2
(2) Welding atmosphere: Nitrogen atmosphere (1atm)
(3) Dew point: -40℃
(4) Oxygen concentration: below 100ppm
(5) Welding temperature: 600±10℃
Application of non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux
Used in aluminum-aluminum, aluminum-aluminum alloy brazing, etc., widely used in automotive aluminum heat exchangers, intercoolers, water tanks, condensers, evaporators and heater heat dissipation components.
